First card is FREE to Maury County residents.

Non-Maury County residents must show positive ID with their current home address and pay an annual fee of $15.00 unless patron has TLC sticker from home library.

$15.00 out-of-county fee can be waived is can verify that he/she works in Maury County

Children’s Library cards are issued to any child (no minimum age) if:

	Parent/legal guardian accompanies the child to sign the application card
	The parent/legal guardian shows a positive ID with their current permanent home address

$5.00 replacement fee will be charged for lost/damaged cards

There is checkout limit of 25 items per card (includes 2 DVD's and/or 3 Books of CD)
